Must do excursions in the UK

Paintballing is one of my favourite excursions; it’s exciting every time I go. It’s a painful activity, but it has a lot of team building activity spirit in it, you have to work together and be tactical. I get a proper buzz off the hype of running around and shooting my friends. It’s also cool to share each other’s bruises after and you get some unforgettable stories to tell in the future. The best paintballing centres are the ones that are based outside, like Delta Force in Essex. I’ve been to one in-door centre in London Docklands, which was really good and for some reason it felt more painful. My next choice would be Jet Skiing. It isn’t something you think of doing the UK, as the weathers not the great and the waters cold. But there are centres in the UK where you can go and Jet Ski and it’s an awesome experience. The cold water seems to add another element of excitement to the whole excursion. This is one for the speed junkies out there and you have t

Seat Leon Cupra R or VW Scirocco R

Seats aren’t regarded as the coolest cars out there, but this new SEAT Leon Cupra R pretty damn cool. It comes with turbocharged 2.0-litre petrol engine, which pushes out 261bhp! The Seat Leon Cupra S can zoom up to a top speed of 155 mph, which is pretty amazing. It comes standard with 19inch double spoke Potenza alloy wheels and proper bucket seats, like racing cars have. It’s been styled out to look real sleek and sporty. It's rear styling reminds me of the VW Golf R32, with the twin exhausts in the middle. Seat Leon London and UK dealerships will start taking orders for the Seat Leon Cupra R on April the 1 st 2010. I say I like the Seat Leon Cupra R, but at the price of £25,205 I could go buy a VW Scirocco R for a little bit more, which seems alright as I think the Scirocco looks better. Underneath I reckon they are the same car, it’s just the Scirocco is better dressed. Volkswagen Scirocco gives out more power that the Leon Cupra R, by only by 2 more b

Fast Hobbies - RC Planes

The idea of flying my own RC plane is exciting, but it doesn’t come easy as you have to get proper training in order to enjoy the experience. Flying RC planes is a wonderful hobby and is becoming extremely popular these days. You can get planes which can do 150MPH+ and even when you crash, it’s kind of nice to spend the time repairing your plane. You’ll be spoilt for choice as there so many models of planes to choose from, one of my current favourites is the ParkZone Habu EDF , which comes in a sleek yellow and grey design and has had some great reviews online.

Biggin Hill Airshow 2010

Biggin Hill Air Fair 2010 The suns out and it’s got me thinking ahead to the summer and all the events the sunshine brings. The Biggin Hill Air Fair is one I’m definitely looking forward to. This year they will be commemorating the 70 th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain. As a part of the commemoration they will recreate the summer of 1940, they will have an airfield attack enhanced through sound and giant screens. Confirmed aircrafts to feast your eyes on so far are, Hanger 11 Spitfire and Hurricane, Old Flying Machine Company Spitfire MH434 and Biggin Hill’s resident Kent Spitfire. The event will be held between the 26 th and 27 th of June 2010 and if you’re like me and want to have your own flying battle before that, then why not get together with your friends and get RC Remote controlled Planes and have your own little show. My personal favourite plane is the ParkZone Spitfire Mk IIB .

Aston Martin or Toyota iQ

Being a true Aston Martin enthusiast I was shocked and a little offended by their new Cygnet model. I honestly had to take a second look as for a second there I thought I was looking at a Toyota iQ. I really can’t believe Aston Martin are considering such a car, I don’t even like calling it a car...it’s more of a thing! Aston Martin showcased this thing at the Geneva Motor show; apparently it will come in a range of paint finishes, which is hardly original as Mercedes Smart has done the same thing but like a decade ago. I’m confused as to what would possessed Aston Martin to do such a thing, when people think of an Aston Martin, immediately you get pictures of being a British 007 Spy and luxury smart sleek looking super cars. Not an ugly short car that looks like a Toyota iQ, imagine James Bond in that. You might as well have him driving in a Seat Altea XL London . I think I even prefer the Toyota iQ to this thing they’ve called an Aston Martin. I think Aston Martin wi
