Fast Hobbies - RC Planes

The idea of flying my own RC plane is exciting, but it doesn’t come easy as you have to get proper training in order to enjoy the experience. Flying RC planes is a wonderful hobby and is becoming extremely popular these days.

You can get planes which can do 150MPH+ and even when you crash, it’s kind of nice to spend the time repairing your plane. You’ll be spoilt for choice as there so many models of planes to choose from, one of my current favourites is the ParkZone Habu EDF, which comes in a sleek yellow and grey design and has had some great reviews online.

Brown is the new Black

The last couple of years saw a rise in cars being released in white. It’s a cool colour but it’s starting to get boring. So it’s good news to see that 2010 seems to be bringing new hues into the market; the most popular seems to be shades of Brown. As always fashion trends always go full circle, so seeing brown cars reminds me of my dad’s car back when I was just 8 years old, he use to drive a chocolate brown Ford Escort. As I got older I remember joy riding around in a brown Mini Metro, luckily I never got caught. The first brown car I saw was the Audi R8 Spyder, which looked amazing. As more cars got released with the new 10 registration plate it seems it’s the new trend and Brown has become the new black. My favourite new car in brown is the Porsche 997 Turbo Cabriolet, followed closely by the Audi R8 Spyder. I’ve even seen an Audi A3 in a really dark brown colour which I loved. The most affordable brown car I would go for would be the Citroen DS3; I should p...

Kent Zoo, Best Tourism Experience in England

I’ve never bothered going to London Zoo, as I don’t like the idea of going to see animals from the wild in middle of a concrete city. My first ever trip to the Zoo was a drive up North, to one of London Zoo’s partners, Whipsnade Zoo which is near Luton. Even though it was a little less city like, I absolutely loved my time there and since have been planning to go back. Until now...I recently discovered Port Lympne, which is a Kent Zoo that’s actually closer to London then Luton and it’s based in the Garden of England, Kent! Port Lympne is more of a Wild Life Park in Kent and has a wonderful mixture of animals from all over the world. The park is run by the Aspinall Foundation a charity which does a wonderful job of looking after endangered species such as the Bengal Tiger and Black Rhino . There’s animal there I’ve never even heard of, which makes it more exciting to go visit this brilliant wild life park. Recently Port Lympne has been voted England’s best touri...

Wacky Alternative Political Party’s

If you’re like me and your fed up of voting for the same three useless political parties in the UK who seem to be only there for their own benefit and for no benefit whatsoever of the public that blindly vote for them. Then here are some alternative political parties in the UK you could try out. My first suggestion is the well known Official Monster Raving Loony Party . Their leader is Alan “Howlin Laud” Hope. They’ve been around since 1963 and in 2008 they have a very succesfull candidate by the name of Mad Cow Girl, who bought in 412 votes. Here’s some of the party’s manifesto for 2010. - Add the Loch Ness Monster to the endangered species list - A 99p coin, which will help save on change. - Make it illegal for superheroes to use their powers for evil My next choice is the Pirate Party , which was formed only last year. They are apparently the party for the 21 st century. Their main aims are toward reforming copyright and patent ...
